What to Expect in a Session –

Sessions are guided by what’s most alive in you — physically, emotionally, energetically.

Each session may include:

     Gentle movement or breathwork to reconnect you                     to your body

Somatic practices to regulate your nervous system and release stored tension

Process work and inquiry to explore emotional patterns or inner narratives

Hands-on energy work to clear, balance, and restore your energetic field

1:1 sessions run 50 mins.

Wear comfortable clothing and eat something light before coming, please be ontime.

You’ll be met with care, attunement, and presence. This is not “talk therapy” or coaching — it’s embodied, intuitive, and transformational.

Clients often leave sessions with greater clarity, a deeper connection to themselves, and a growing sense of peace, strength, and possibility.

Cancellations must be made 24 hrs. before to get a full refund.

All sessions must be paid for at the time of booking.
