The Into the Body Method™: Four Pillars of Transformation

The Into the Body Method™ is built on four core pillars: Self-Inquiry, Hands-On Energy Healing, Somatic Awareness, and Embodied Movement. These guide clients through four phases of transformation — Awareness, Alignment, Embodiment, and Impact.

Together, they create a multidimensional framework that supports healing and growth across the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. This work helps release trauma, unravel limiting beliefs, and awaken the deeper intelligence of the body — allowing people to live with clarity, sustainable power, and presence.

Developed by Michelle Stone, this integrative method draws from her training as a Healing Science Practitioner at the four-year Brennan Healing School of Science — a comprehensive program in energy healing, psychodynamics, trauma resolution, and spiritual psychology.

Each pillar works in harmony to support transformation across all levels — physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Through this approach, Michelle helps individuals release stored trauma, shift limiting systems of belief, and restore inner coherence. Her work also includes ancestral, generational, and collective healing, connecting clients more deeply with their essence and life force.

Self-inquiry is a form of guided talk therapy that helps uncover and shift limiting beliefs, many of which were formed in childhood and quietly shape how we live. By bringing awareness to these patterns — whether conscious or unconscious — we begin to understand and change our relationship with the fears, blocks, and pains that hold us back.
The result is a sense of relief, freedom, and new space to move forward with clarity.

Somatic awareness means listening to the body’s signals — the tension, discomfort, or emotions that often show up as anxiety in the chest, stress in the belly, or tightness in the shoulders. Together, we bring attention to these sensations with tools such as visualization, dialogue, or hands-on energy healing.
As the relationship with these sensations shifts, the body feels more at ease, and you gain confidence and clarity in navigating even intense emotions.

Hands-on energy healing works directly with the body’s energy field (aura) and centers (chakras) to restore flow, balance, and coherence. When the system is overwhelmed or blocked — spiritually, mentally, emotionally, or physically — it can show up as chronic tension, fatigue, anxiety, or disconnection.
This work clears those blocks, supports the body’s natural healing, and realigns you with your wholeness. It can also address deep trauma, pre- and post-surgical support, and ancestral or generational healing.

Embodied Movement is essential to integration. Into the Body includes sensory-based, exploratory movement designed to reconnect you with rhythm, presence, and vitality. Through slow, repetitive movement combined with breath, the nervous system recalibrates, tension releases, and a deeper connection to flow and joy is restored.
As you learn to move from the inside out, you begin to trust your body’s rhythm — finding freedom in feeling more whole and alive.
