Learn to Navigate Triggers, Anxieties, and Deep Emotions with Courage and Confidence

Sessions for Teens & Young Adults

Know Yourself

Growing up has always been hard. But navigating anxiety, self-doubt, big emotions, and the pressure to figure out who you are, while the world moves faster than ever, is something entirely its own.

These sessions offer a safe, supportive space for young people aged 15–30 to slow down, tune in, and begin to understand themselves from the inside out, building the confidence, clarity, and tools to navigate life with greater ease.

For Teens & Young Adults

You don't have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to show up.

Through the Into the Body Method™, sessions are designed to help you:

• Understand your emotions and learn to navigate them with confidence

• Recognise your triggers and anxiety before they take over

• Shrink your inner critic and trust yourself more

• Get to know the wise, capable person you already are

• Build tools to feel calm, grounded, and secure in yourself

• Explore what matters to you and what you truly value

This is not about fixing you. There is nothing to fix. This is about helping you come home to yourself.

For Parents

Watching your child struggle is one of the hardest things a parent can experience. You want to help, but sometimes it's hard to know how.

The Know Yourself program supports teens and young adults navigating anxiety, social pressure, self-doubt, difficult transitions, and big emotions — including more complex experiences such as isolation, hopelessness, and questions of identity.

Parent sessions are included as part of the program. You will receive education and practical tools to support yourself and to support your child's growth with greater understanding, presence, and confidence.

Because when a young person feels seen and supported at home, everything changes.

This program is best suited for young people aged 15–18 and young adults aged 19–30.

Sessions are 60 minutes, available in person in Miami and online.
