INTO THE BODY EDUCATORS: Year-long, school-based program

Teaching is one of the most impactful — and emotionally demanding — professions. Yet too often, educators are asked to give more than they are resourced to hold.

Into the Body for Educators is a year-long, school-based program designed to support teachers not only in managing stress, but in developing the internal capacity to lead classrooms with clarity, presence, and resilience.

This program integrates nervous system care, embodied awareness, and practical tools that teachers can use immediately — in their work and in their lives.

What This Program Supports

Through this year-long journey, teachers are supported to:

  • Reconnect with inner stability and clarity

  • Regulate the nervous system under daily pressure

  • Recognize and maintain healthy boundaries

  • Reduce burnout and emotional overload

  • Build a sustainable presence in the classroom

  • Strengthen resilience, focus, and self-trust

This is not a one-time workshop. It is ongoing professional development that supports the adult with the foundation of a healthy learning environment.

Program Structure

The year-long program includes:

  • 4 experiential workshops (1 x quarter)

  • In-person or online

  • Ongoing nervous system and boundary education

  • Embodied tools teachers can apply immediately

  • Optional individual or group support options

Each component is designed to meet teachers where they are — with practical, accessible practices that fit into real school days.
